§1 Ordering and Payment

Modularsynth.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available. To shop on modularsynth.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. However, if you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can correct the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of ordering, and you can regularly check the contents and the price of the goods.

When you are ready to order, click on "Cart", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, form of payment and choose the form of delivery.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Go to payment" button. Then your order goes on to modularsynth.dk.

The amount of the goods will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped. In the case of part delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted. We reserve the right to price and printing errors on the website and reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a significant and / or obvious error.

§2 Order confirmation

Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt as a confirmation that we have received your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into once you have received an order confirmation from us.

§3 14 days right of withdrawal

When you shop online and at modularsynth.dk, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you order as a private person, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal, and this will appear in the order process.

If you are ordering products in the shop as a company, there is no right of withdrawal nor return rights. Only if this is agreed otherwise before completing the order.

Software for download can not be undone. Once the purchase is completed, this is binding and can not be cancelled again.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work. On some items there is no right of withdrawal or you may lose your right of withdrawal.

§4 Returns

When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number. You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret it. - IMPORTANT! - We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have regretted.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post cash on delivery or packages without delivery.

Documentation of your purchase and return form.
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase. In addition, it will facilitate the expedition if you attach the return form that you received using the "Return" button on the order in your account here on modular synth.

Refund
When we receive the item, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase.

The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.

BE AWARE OF:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired because:

• You have begun using the purchase,
• It has been damaged while you were responsible for the goods,
• You have handled the goods in a way, more than necessary, so that you can determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work
• you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type etc.

§5 Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act's 2-year right of complaint, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. 

You must contact us within a "reasonable time".
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.

When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. Feel free to use our complaint form, which you will find using the "Return" button on the order in your account here at modularsynth.dk. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing, and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all expenses for transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, just as we can charge you a fee, which is calculated per half commenced working hour with a rate of EUR 35 + VAT.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information about freight costs and possibly track and trace number. Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.

§6 Personal data

To be able to shop on modularsynth.dk, you must at least state:

• Address
• E-mail address
• Phone number / cell phone number

The above data is stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so. Information is not passed on or sold to third parties unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.

§8 Choice of law and venue

Purchases of goods on modularsynth.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.

§9 Refund of VAT

Please note that we can not refund VAT for customers abroad (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland), as this is a very time-consuming manual process, and thus will incur losses due to the very low profit that modularsynth.dk sets in order to be able to sell our goods as cheaply as possible.
