These sales and payment conditions apply to the purchase of goods on for delivery in Europe (EU), except Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

§1 Ordering and Payment is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available. To shop on, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. §2 Order confirmation

Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt as a confirmation that we have received your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into once you have received an order confirmation from us.

§3 14 days right of withdrawal

When you shop online and at, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you order as a private person, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal, and this will appear in the order process.

If you are ordering products in the shop as a company, there is no right of withdrawal nor return rights. Only if this is agreed otherwise before completing the order.

Software for download can not be undone. Once the purchase is completed, this is binding and can not be cancelled again.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work. On some items there is no right of withdrawal or you may lose your right of withdrawal.

When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number. You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret it. - IMPORTANT! - We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have regretted.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post cash on delivery or packages without delivery.

When we receive the item, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase.

§5 Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act's 2-year right of complaint, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. 

You must contact us within a "reasonable time".
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.

When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all expenses for transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, just as we can charge you a fee, which is calculated per half commenced working hour with a rate of EUR 35 + VAT.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. §6 Personal data

To be able to shop on, you must at least state:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address

The above data is stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so. §9 Refund of VAT

Please note that we can not refund VAT for customers abroad (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland), as this is a very time-consuming manual process, and thus will incur losses due to the very low profit that sets in order to be able to sell our goods as cheaply as possible.
