Delivery |

The item is sent from modularsynth.dk's warehouse or modularsynth.dk's subcontractor's warehouse to the delivery address provided by the Customer. |

Delivery is made as soon as possible with due regard to delivery times at modularsynth.dk's subcontractors. Modularsynth.dk is thus entitled to make successive delivery and invoicing. The agreed delivery time is considered complied with when modularsynth.dk has sent the delivery before the expiry, or this is available to the Customer. If the Customer has made a request for changes or supplements to the delivery, the delivery time is extended by the time period that the change or supplement requires. |

Does modularsynth.dk not deliver on time, cf. 1.1, there is a delay. If the Customer wishes to assert default rights, the Customer must notify modularsynth.dk of a new, reasonable deadline for delivery. If delivery has not taken place before the expiry of the reasonable deadline, the Customer is entitled to cancel the purchase. If such a reasonable deadline is not notified to modularsynth.dk within 2 days after the delay occurs, the Customer loses his right to withdraw, and modularsynth.dk must deliver as soon as possible. |

modularsynth.dk uses the following carriers through a subcontractor: BRING, DHL, GLS, PostNord, Dao (365), Danske Fragtmænd, UPS and Fedex. |

Delivery can be made to Private Address (with delivery), Business Address and Parcel Shops when the carrier supports these delivery methods |

If delivery takes place from a remote warehouse, it is our subcontractors and distributors' carriers that are used, and there may be changed delivery times.r |

When shipping by UPS, the order will be sent to your door. If you are not at home, the order is delivered to the nearest UPS Accesspoint. However, you can also redirect the package via the email you receive directly from UPS. - It is not possible to ask UPS to set the package on specific places. |
